BULKSMS Handler updates.

Two important fixes are available for the BULKSMS handler:

• Using POST instead of GET when sending out messages.
• Fix for the QueryMessage() method which was found broken.

If you work with BULKSMS, please download the latest file from here. Assuming you are using SMSLib v3.4.6, you won't have any problems overwriting your version of the BulkSmsHTTPGateway.java file with this one.
