SMSLib v3.5.1 released.

Greetings all,

SMSLib v3.5.1 is now available.

This is a maintenance release, solving a couple of important bugs and annoyances. It also includes a new HTTP handler for EzTexting, kindly donated by Velvetech, LLC.
